Several matches and segments have been confirmed for Monday’s (July 15) edition of WWE Raw, including an Intercontinental Championship match.
Raw General Manager Adam Pearce has now taken to social media in a new video to make a number of matches official for Monday night.
Pearce officially announced that Sami Zayn is set to defend his Intercontinental Championship against Ilja Dragunov on next week’s episode.
This will be Zayn’s first title defence since defeating Bron Breakker at the Money in the Bank premium live event.
Pearce also confirmed that Bronson Reed will be going one-on-one with Sheamus on the upcoming show.
The Raw GM also reminded fans that GUNTHER and World Heavyweight Champion Damian Priest will meet face to face ahead of their title match at SummerSlam, and that Rhea Ripley will be in the building following her big return.
Also teasing Drew McIntyre’s return from suspension, Pearce noted that he will determine whether Drew McIntyre is in the “right frame of mind to do business”.
