WWE Raw Star Injured

A WWE Raw star has reportedly been pulled from shows due to injury, just days ahead of the Royal Rumble event.

UPDATE: Dakota Kai has been diagnosed with a concussion and will be out of action until she passes concussion protocols.

Last week’s episode of WWE Raw featured a tag team match with Damage CTRL’s IYO SKY and Dakota Kai facing Shayna Baszler and Zoey Stark of the Pure Fusion Collective.

According to PWInsider, it’s believed that Kai was “hurt” during the match, and she’s been pulled from the road as a result.

Kai is said to not be at tonight’s episode of Raw one week later.

There hasn’t been a 100% confirmation of the cause, but one source suggested the issue may have stemmed from the missile dropkick from Zoey Stark that went somewhat viral on social media.

There’s no word on her status for the WWE Royal Rumble as of yet, with that event taking place on February 1, but we’ll keep you posted with any updates.
