Two WWE stars wrestled in a Blindfold Match during a show which took place on Saturday night (August 9), bringing back the stipulation.
NXT held a show at the Venice Community Center in Venice, Florida this weekend, featuring an unusual stipulation.
The show saw Lexis King and Myles Borne square off in a blindfold match, with both stars’ faces covered during the bout, as you can see in the photo below.
Lexis King was ultimately victorious, defeating Borne, who is also legitimately deaf.
The last televised WWE Blindfold Match took place in November 2020, with Dexter Lumis and Cameron Grimes fighting to a no-contest on the November 18, 2020 NXT episode.
Saturday’s house show saw a number of top names in action, with the likes of NXT Women’s North American Champion Sol Ruca, and TNA Wrestling’s Joe Hendry making appearances.
