A WWE star has referred to Joe Hendry as the Ronald McDonald of the NXT brand after their recent confrontation.
On WWE NXT this past week, the AAA Mixed Tag Team Championship celebration of Ethan Page and Chelsea Green was crashed by Joe Hendry and Thea Hail.
In a new interview with Mark Moses, Page vented his frustration about the situation, saying:
“I’m getting tired of parading Joe around like our mascot. I am the one that comes up with the recipe for the Big Mac, and I make sure that people make the Big Mac, and I make sure the fans get to enjoy the Big Mac.
“Joe is Ronald McDonald. I’m getting tired of people thinking that Ronald McDonald is the reason that they get to eat their Big Macs.”

Ethan Page and Chelsea Green will defend their AAA Mixed Tag Team Title against Joe Hendry and Thea Hail at WWE NXT Gold Rush on November 18.
Hendry is believed to still be under contract with TNA Wrestling, but is heavily expected to sign with WWE when his deal expires around the end of the year.
