A WWE star has been hospitalized ahead of tomorrow’s Elimination Chamber 2026 premium live event in Chicago.
UPDATE: Jey Uso has officially been removed from the Elimination Chamber and will be replaced by the winner of tonight’s match between Logan Paul and Jacob Fatu – which ended up being Paul.
The men’s Elimination Chamber field for tomorrow was set to feature Cody Rhodes, Jey Uso, Randy Orton, LA Knight, Trick Williams and Je’Von Evans.
Jey Uso Removed From WWE Elimination Chamber?
However, it appears one of those spots is at risk as per the start of tonight’s episode of SmackDown.
The show kicked off with bedlam in the backstage and parking lot area as Jey Uso had been attacked and was in the process of being put in an ambulance.
It appears Uso may have been pulled from the Chamber, though that has not been confirmed as of this writing – we’ll provide any further updates as they happen.
Uso wasn’t originally supposed to be in the Chamber match, as an injury to Bronson Reed during their qualifier on Raw this past Monday led to WWE having to change plans and have Uso win the match instead of Reed, who was the originally planned winner.
What Happened After Jey Uso Attack
With the chaos happening in the back, Undisputed WWE Champion Drew McIntyre came out and gloated, but claimed that it wasn’t him who attacked Uso.
The winner of the Chamber will go on to challenge McIntyre for his title at WrestleMania 42.
The other five participants in the Chamber then all came out, with the lasting face-off being between Cody Rhodes and Randy Orton.
We’ll keep you posted with ay updates on the status of Jey Uso and the Elimination Chamber match as SmackDown continues.
