Two WWE NXT stars are being considered for main roster call-ups according to a new report.
Ricky Saints and Ethan Page were previously reported as potential main roster call-ups, with the pair said to be under consideration to join Seth Rollins’ faction.
According to Dave Meltzer, the pair are still on the “main roster radar” according to his sources.
Writing in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Meltzer stated that this could happen in the next round of call-ups, stating:
Page and Ricky Saints are still on the main roster radar as far as the next call-ups.
Meltzer would also share that Page is being viewed very favorably by The CW, WWE NXT’s broadcast partner, writing:
The CW loves Ethan Page and want to use him in as many promotions as possible.
He did a ton of media and was the WWE rep at a NASCAR race on CW. CW loves how well he does media.
Saints has previously suggested he wants to make his main roster debut at WrestleMania 42, which was planned to take place in New Orleans initially, only to be moved to Las Vegas.
A former NXT Champion, he made his debut on February 11, changing his name from Ricky Starks to his current one shortly thereafter.
Ethan Page made his WWE debut on May 28 and is the current NXT North American Champion.
