The New Day (Kofi Kingston & Xavier Woods), Imperium (Ludwig Kaiser & Giovanni Vinci), DIY (Johnny Gargano & Tommaso Ciampa) and the Creed Brothers (Brutus & Julius) faced off in a match on tonight’s show to gain a future match against a SmackDown team.

The winner of tonight’s match will face Tyler Bate and Pete Dunne, the winner of which will go on to get a WWE Tag Team Title shot at Elimination Chamber.

The current unified champions are Judgment Day (Finn Balor and Damian Priest) hence the cross-brand warfare that must occur in order to set up a title match.

In the end, DIY (Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa) took home the win after an exciting match worth watching if you hadn’t already.
