A WWE star believes that a legendary champion’s spot now belongs to current Intercontinental Champion Dominik Mysterio.
The September 29 episode of WWE Raw saw Dominik Mysterio retain the Intercontinental Championship in his match against Rusev.
With Mysterio also being AAA Mega Champion, both titles played into the victory, with Rusev having one championship in his hands before the referee confiscated it.
While the referee’s back was turned, Mysterio struck Rusev across the back with the other title, before throwing it into the hands of his opponent.
In a very Eddie Guerrero style, Mysterio would then fall onto his back in a very pronounced fashion, just in time for the ref to turn round and see a prone champion, with Rusev and a title in hand.
Speaking on Raw Recap, Big E has now said that the devious spot belongs to Dominik Mysterio.
Suggesting that the Eddie Guerrero spot should now be Dirty Dom’s alone, he said:
“I love the Eddie spot, but it can lose its appeal if you see it over and over again. I think it’s Dominik’s spot now.
“I think Dominik has the right to the Eddie spot, and everyone else has to leave it alone. It’s Dom’s exclusively; he’s been killing it, it’s his.”

As for the moment on Raw, the referee had seen what was happening and refused to call the match in Dominik Mysterio’s favor.
Mysterio was able to go on to victory, however, thanks to an unwitnessed low blow on Rusev and a roll-up for the win.
