WWE Hall of Famer John Layfield (JBL) has now commented on attacking Joe Hendry at TNA Wrestling Bound For Glory.
After gaining popularity during several WWE appearances, Hendry challenged for Nic Nemeth’s TNA World Championship at the October 26 pay-per-view.
John Layfield made an appearance towards the end of the match to attack special guest referee Frankie Kazarian, who was attempting to cash-in his Call Your Shot title match.
Layfield didn’t stop here, with the former WWE Champion then dropping Joe Hendry and Ryan Nemeth before leaving, ahead of Nic Nemeth retaining his title.
Hendry has now taken to Twitter to share a photo of himself receiving a Clothesline From Hell from John Layfield.
John Layfield reposted Hendry’s photo with the caption:
I still believe in Joe Hendry.
Layfield has made surprise appearances for several promotions in recent weeks, including TNA, AAA, GCW and MLW.
