“We would murder The Shield” – Hulk Hogan on the NWO

Controversial former WWE and WCW star Hulk Hogan has been promoting the NWO reunion with Kevin Nash and Scott Hall this October by doing the usual media rounds. When asked about facing off against another popular trio in The Shield by TMZ Sport, Hogan had some strong words.

“We would murder the bums, brother! We laid the groundrules for taking shortcuts, we laid the groundrules there’s no substitute for victory. I used to wrestle Roman Reigns’ dad, you’ve seen pictures of me holding Roman Reigns as a baby, come on. We taught them almost everything we know.”

Considering The Shield currently hold the Universal and Intercontinental Titles, with a chance to also add the Raw Tag Team Titles to that collection this Sunday at Hell in a Cell, chances are it wouldn’t be as one-sided as Hogan makes out. But then again, this is Hogan. So maybe it would be.
