WWE Tag Team Splitting Update

Another update has emerged on a WWE tag team that has been looking likely to split up for quite some time now.

On tonight’s SmackDown, A-Town Down Under (Austin Theory and Grayson Waller) got another crack at DIY (Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa) after having lost the WWE Tag Team Championship to Gargano and Ciampa last week.

However in the end, Grayson Waller would ‘accidentally’ lay out Theory – not for the first time – leaving him open to take a big Shatter Machine and then Meet Me in the Middle from the champs to close out the match with DIY retaining.

There was another moment after the conclusion of the match with Waller once again leaving Theory high and dry.

While it looked as though the earlier knee to the jaw from Waller to Theory appeared to be inadvertent, Theory was upset and was trying to confront Waller when a frightening surprise arrived from behind.

Jacob Fatu appeared and attacked, with Waller simply running away, and Theory, Gargano and Ciampa would all fall to the Samoan Werewolf by the end of the segment.

After Fatu wiped out everyone in and around the ring, the new Bloodline helmed by Solo Sikoa arrived and made an entrance.
