A top WWE star has said that their current contract will be their last, and that their current run is their final run in the company.
At WrestleMania 41, Becky Lynch made her return to WWE television after an 11 month absence, replacing Bayley as Lyra Valkyria’s tag team partner in the WWE Women’s Championship match on the show.
Becky took time off after dropping the Women’s World Championship to Liv Morgan back in 2024, and she has now said that her current run will be her last.
Speaking on WWE Unreal, Becky noted that her current contract with the company is her final contract.
She said:
“The time off, it was maybe going to be forever. I don’t think I knew, I was kind of so content. This is probably it, this is the final run, this is the final contract, so I suppose it’s a matter of knowing that, understanding that and enjoying that as much as I can.”
Becky regained the Women’s Intercontinental Championship from Maxxine Dupri on the January 5 episode of Monday Night Raw, winning the title for the second time.
