A title change took place on tonight’s WWE NXT Halloween Havoc 2025 premium live event after a late change.
On this week’s WWE NXT show, NXT Women’s North American Champion Sol Ruca came to the ring and announced that she was injured during her match on last week’s SmackDown against Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss.
Sol was slated to defend her title against Blake Monroe at Halloween Havoc, but due to injury she was unable to compete in the match.
However, Zaria would step up in her place, offering to defend Sol’s title against Blake at the show in her honor, with Sol being cleared to be at ringside for the bout.
It didn’t end up working out well for Zaria and Sol Ruca, as Blake would take advantage of Sol’s injury, shoving Zaria into her on the outside of the ring, before pinning Zaria to win the Women’s North American Championship, her first title in WWE.
Sol Ruca remains the Women’s Speed Champion, with the status of that title not yet being addressed following the injury on SmackDown.
