‘She Did Injure My Knee’ – WWE Star Addresses WrestleMania Match Against Jade Cargill

WWE Women's Champion Jade Cargill

A WWE star has commented on potentially facing Jade Cargill at WrestleMania 42 in Las Vegas, with plenty of history between the pair.

On November 1 at WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event, Cargill won the WWE Women’s Championship from Tiffany Stratton.

Around that time, Stratton had suffered a knee injury, and she was out of action for three months after her title loss before she returned at the Royal Rumble.

In a new interview with ESPN ahead of this weekend’s WWE Elimination Chamber, Stratton has commented on what it would mean to win the women’s Chamber match and face Cargill at Mania.

She said:

“Right now, the Women’s Champion is Jade Cargill, and she did injure my knee a couple of months ago and unfortunately I lost my title to her.

“So at Elimination Chamber, I will win, and I will reclaim back my title from Jade Cargill.”

Joining Stratton in the Elimination Chamber to determine Cargill’s WrestleMania opponent will be Rhea Ripley, Alexa Bliss, Kiana James, Asuka and Raquel Rodriguez.
