Former Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns has been announced for an upcoming big WWE show following his SummerSlam return.
Roman made his first appearance on WWE television since WrestleMania 40 at SummerSlam, where he returned during the Bloodline Rules main event between Cody Rhodes and Solo Sikoa, helping Rhodes pick up the win over Solo.
Roman is set to appear on tonight’s (August 9) episode of SmackDown, as well as next week’s SmackDown show in Orlando’s Kia Center, and his next appearance has now been announced.
Per WWE.com, Roman Reigns is now also set to appear at the September 13 episode of SmackDown from the Climate Pledge Arena in Seattle, Washington.
Roman is advertised alongside Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes, United States Champion LA Knight, WWE Women’s Champion Nia Jax, Bayley and Solo Sikoa.
The show is a rather notable one, with it set to be the first episode of SmackDown back on the USA Network after the new TV rights deal was agreed earlier this year.
WWE has also made big announcements in regards to NXT‘s first shows on the CW Network in October, with Randy Orton and CM Punk set to appear on the shows.
