Paige has responded to references to her WWE tenure during NXT Homecoming on September 15 at Full Sail University.
Although not currently a member of the roster, Saraya has recently commented on heading back to WWE as Paige.
The former NXT Women’s Champion has now reacted to appearing in the hype reel at Homecoming, sharing the moment in a tweet with two emojis:
“🖤💛”
The tweet included the moment when she defeated Emma to become the inaugural NXT Women’s Champion in June 2013, with the episode being transmitted the following month.
That wasn’t the only mention of Paige, with Charlotte Flair naming her as she addressed NXT being “where the women’s revolution started”.
Following the recent return of AJ Lee, Saraya reached out to her “frenemy” with a message of support.
While Paige is yet to return to WWE, last night’s NXT Homecoming saw Shayna Baszler make an appearance.
