Mercedes Moné Received Text Message From Triple H Ahead Of NJPW Debut

Mercedes Moné (formerly known as Sasha Banks) has revealed that she got a text message from Triple H ahead of her NJPW debut.

Following heavy speculation, Moné made an appearance at Wrestle Kingdom 17 in January to attack IWGP Women’s Champion KAIRI.

This was Moné’s first public wrestling appearance in almost eight months, after walking out on a WWE Raw taping in May 2022.

Ahead of her return to the ring, the former ‘Sasha Banks’ has shared a documentary to her YouTube channel, focusing on her journey to Wrestle Kingdom.

Noting that both Triple H and William Regal sent messages of support ahead of her NJPW appearance, Moné said:

“And also at midnight, I got a very nice text from Triple H, and still it’s crazy, and I got an amazing text from William Regal this morning.”

Mone will challenge for KAIRI’s IWGP Women’s Championship at Saturday’s NJPW Battle in the Valley pay-per-view in San Jose, California.
