With an emerging card for the upcoming Allegiant Stadium two-night event, Cena has shared his thoughts on the stars who will be having their first WrestleMania moment, tweeting:

“Since retirement, I’ve met so many wonderful people who’ve shared with me that they saw my first WrestleMania match … and my last.

“I’m so excited to be able to say “I was there!” for the WM debuts of this incredible group!

Lash Legend teams up with Nia Jax as The Irresistible Forces defend the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship in a Fatal Four-Way match also featuring Charlotte Flair & Alexa Bliss, Bayley & Lyra Valkyria, and The Bella Twins.

Je’Von Evans competes in a ladder match for Penta’s WWE Intercontinental Championship, joined by Dragon Lee, JD McDonagh, and Rusev.

Trick Williams will also be seeking a title when he faces Sami Zayn for the WWE United Championship.

Stephanie Vaquer walks into the Allegiant Stadium as the WWE Women’s World Champion, facing off against Judgment Day’s Liv Morgan.

Oba Femi is the only one not to be in a match with a championship at stake, but he does face former 10-time WWE Champion Brock Lesnar.

A New Generation Of Stars Get Their WrestleMania Moment

While it may no longer be called the Showcase of the Immortals, WrestleMania continues to sit atop the calendar when it comes to WWE Premium Live Events.

Getting the opportunity to “point at the sign”, punching the ticket to WrestleMania has become a rite of passage for many WWE stars over its storied history, and that hasn’t changed with this year’s two-night event.

With injuries plaguing WWE stars and creative plans, the former Baron Corbin has shared the belief that the company should use newer stars going into WrestleMania, something that is being seen in the case of all those that Cena has named.

Last year’s event, also at Allegiant Stadium, saw 14 matches in total, with little doubt that the plan for 2026 would see as many, yet WWE has a stacked roster of top stars that could easily fill every spot, pushing out the plethora of newer talent, yet the April 18 & 19 show seems to be finding a balance, with only twelve matches announced at the time of writing.

Whether Triple H and his creative team will opt to place more newer stars in any as-yet-unannounced matches remains to be seen, but there’s rich pickings among that cohort of talent when it comes to the ‘grandest stage’.
