John Cena’s status for tomorrow night’s WWE Raw show following his heel turn at the Elimination Chamber event has been revealed.
Last night’s WWE Elimination Chamber event was rather noteworthy, with the show closing with a John Cena heel turn following his victory in the men’s Elimination Chamber match.
Cena laid out WWE Champion Cody Rhodes after Cody rejected The Rock’s offer to become his corporate champion, with him seemingly selling his soul to The Rock ahead of the WrestleMania main event.
In the post show press conference, The Rock commented on Cena’s turn, where he said that Cena had flown in from Budapest earlier in the day, and he was set to fly out to Africa following the Chamber.
Ahead of tomorrow night’s WWE Raw, Raw General Manager Adam Pearce previewed the show, where he announced that Bianca Belair would be present at ringside for the Women’s World Championship match between Rhea Ripley and IYO SKY.
However, it seems as though Cena will not be appearing on the show, with appearances from Gunther, CM Punk and Seth Rollins announced, with Cena’s name not including among those.
As things stand, Cena is advertised for the March 17, 24 and 31 episodes of Raw in Brussels, Glasgow and London respectively.
Tomorrow night’s Raw will also feature two more championship matches, with Lyra Valkyria defending the Women’s Intercontinental Championship against Ivy Nile, and the War Raiders defending the World Tag Team Championship against the Creed Brothers.
You can see Pearce’s video below:
