John Cena has officially made an announcement during tonight’s November 25 episode of WWE NXT on the CW Network.
Last week, it was confirmed that the Iron Survivor Challenge matches would be returning to the WWE Deadline PLE for a fourth straight year.
With Deadline set to take place on December 6, the participants in both the men’s and women’s Iron Survivor Challenge matches have now been chosen and announced by none other than John Cena.
For the men, Cena confirmed the five participants will be Je’Von Evans, TNA X-Division Champion Leon Slater, Joe Hendry, NXT Tag Team Champion Dion Lennox of DarkState, and Myles Borne.
And for the women, the lineup announced by Cena is Sol Ruca, Lola Vice, Kelani Jordan, Jordynne Grace, and Evolve Women’s Champion Kendal Grey.
The winners of the Iron Survivor Challenge matches will earn title shots at the NXT Championship and the NXT Women’s Championship at New Year’s Evil in early 2026.
The previous winners of the Iron Survivor Challenge matches have been Grayson Waller, Trick Williams and Oba Femi for the men, and Roxanne Perez, Blair Davenport and Giulia for the women.
