WWE Hall Of Famer Believes Logan Paul As WWE Champion ‘Works In Every Way’

WWE Hall of Famer Jeff Jarrett has said that making YouTuber Logan Paul WWE Champion “works in every kind of way”.

Paul will face Roman Reigns for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship this Saturday, November 5 at WWE Crown Jewel.

Speaking on his My Way podcast, Jeff Jarrett said that Paul’s command over social media could equal success for WWE if the company plays it cards right.

He said:

“The audience, in general, whether it’s my 16-year-old son or daughter or whoever it may be, they’re consuming their content on their phones. YouTube. Twitter… That’s what the Paul brothers [have mastered.]

“They weren’t on ‘Dancing with the Stars’ or ‘The Voice’ or some kind of athletic [show.] They got over on social media, and now they’re bringing that to a televised product.

“The Paul kid becoming champion, I think would work, in every kind of way. Do I think they’re going to do it? No. I just don’t think they’ll switch the title in Saudi [Arabia.] But look, online audiences are talking about it.”

Paul shocked WWE fans with his surprisingly adept in-ring performance at WrestleMania 38 in a tag team match with the Miz against Dominik and Rey Mysterio, and again at WWE SummerSlam 2022 in singles competition against the Miz.

While nobody expects Paul to unseat the Tribal Chief at Crown Jewel, WWE television has been hyping up ‘one lucky punch’ that Paul could land on Reigns, which annoyed the Tribal Chief to the point where he delivered one of his own on the Miz during last night’s Raw.

So far, he remains undefeated in WWE.
