WWE star Jacob Fatu has issued a response to a portion of ‘internet fans’ who regularly criticize Jey Uso.
While Jey Uso’s entrance has become one of the most iconic in recent memory, the sentiment of the live crowd isn’t always shared by the ‘IWC’ – the ‘Internet Wrestling Community.’
Many of these IWC fans have criticized Uso’s main event push over the past couple of years and have grown tired of Uso’s signature “yeet” catchphrase.
This has only become more prominent since Uso started doing encores during his matches where he takes a pause to yeet to his entrance theme mid-match, which has even happened in big multi-man matches like WarGames at WWE Survivor Series and the Royal Rumble.
In a new interview with No-Contest Wrestling, a family member has come to the defense of Uso in the form of Jacob Fatu, who said:
“Come on y’all, don’t be hot over Jey yeeting, because let’s be real, y’all might have been yeeting with him too in his earlier days.
“Enjoy the show. Just shut the hell up. Just enjoy the show.
“Listen, obviously you keep watching it. Obviously if you’re complaining, you’re watching.
“Just chill. Enjoy the show. Obviously if you’re complaining about him yeeting, that means you’re watching him yeet.”
