The replacement for a WWE star who is set to be departing the company has been revealed after they were written off television.
On last night’s episode of WWE NXT, Jazmyn Nyx was removed from the Fatal Influence stable, with stablemates Fallon Henley and Jacy Jayne discovering her laid out backstage, before claiming that it was ‘time they got rid of her anyway’.
The angle was done due to Jazmyn being set to leave the company at the end of her current contract, with WWE initially making an offer to keep her around, which Nyx rejected.
This left some questions as to who, if anyone, would replace Jazmyn as a member of Fatal Influence alongside Jacy and Fallon, and that person has now seemingly been revealed.
Per Cory Hays of Bodyslam.net, the current plan is for Lainey Reid to join Fatal Influence, replacing Jazmyn in the trio.
Lainey Reid defeated Candice LeRae on last night’s NXT show to earn a shot at Sol Ruca’s Women’s Speed Championship at NXT No Mercy this Saturday, her first WWE premium live event.
