Brandi Rhodes has now reacted to her husband Cody Rhodes’ brawl with Jacob Fatu on WWE SmackDown.
During the January 16 show in London, England, Cody Rhodes stated that he owed Fatu a receipt for interfering in the Three Stages of Hell match on January 9, leading to Drew McIntyre winning the WWE Championship.
Jacob Fatu called Rhodes out later in the show, leading to the duo having a brawl, and security trying to separate the duo.
Brandi Rhodes has now taken to Twitter following this to share a brief post referencing the brawl.
As you can see below, Brandi shared a single emoji – a receipt.
A receipt in the context of wrestling essentially means payback. While often used as a shoot term, several WWE wrestlers have used the term in storylines over the years.
Also during the January 16 show, Cody Rhodes became the first star to declare himself for the men’s Royal Rumble match taking place later this month.
