A notable WWE name has fuelled speculation about Chris Jericho potentially returning to the company ahead of Monday Night Raw.
Per a previous report from Jon Alba of Sports Illustrated, Chris Jericho’s contract with AEW was reportedly set to expire on December 31, and WWE had discussed potentially debuting Jericho on the January 5 episode of Raw in Brooklyn.
With rumors swirling about Chris Jericho’s status, WWE’s Adam Pearce has fuelled rumors with interesting comments he made about Monday’s Raw episode.
During his weekly rundown video discussing the announced card for the upcoming show – posted on the official WWE account – the on-screen Raw General Manager and backstage producer pointed out that there will be three title matches on the show.
Interestingly, Adam Pearce added:
“Do not forget, three humongous championship matches, who can break down the walls and claim the gold?”
