A member of the Anoa’i family bloodline has reacted following his cousin attacking him during a match.
Zilla Fatu had the opportunity to increase his HOG belt collection at the December 19 Winter Warfare event, where the HOG Crown Jewel Champion teamed with Lance Anoa’i to challenge for The Hardy Boyz’ HOG Tag Team Title.
Matt and Jeff Hardy were ultimately victorious, following Lance Anoa’i attacking Zilla Fatu in the closing portion of the match.
Lance notably chose to superkick Zilla instead of Matt Hardy, before dropping his second cousin with a spear and leaving the ringside area, as you can see in the clip below.
Zilla Fatu has now taken to Twitter to react to this betrayal, first posting:

He then followed up with photos of a facial wound with the caption:

Lance Anoa’i and Zilla Fatu are second cousins as they share the same great-grandparents, Amituanaʻi Anoaʻi and Tovaleomanaia Amituanaʻi.
Lance Anoa’i is the son of former WWE star Samu, and the grandson of late wrestling legend Afa Anoa’i Sr.
Zilla Fatu is the son of late former WWE star Umaga, and is first cousins to current WWE talents Solo Sikoa and the Usos – who are the sons of Rikishi – as well as Jacob Fatu, whose father was Sam Fatu aka The Tonga Kid.
