Bianca Belair has commented on her tag team partner Naomi’s WWE Women’s Championship match defeat on last night’s SmackDown.
The first SmackDown of 2025 took place last night, which saw a major championship change take place, when Tiffany Stratton cashed in Money In The Bank on Nia Jax to become the new WWE Women’s Champion.
The cash in came after Nia had been to war with Naomi in a 20 minute title defence, which she won with the help of Tiffany hitting Naomi with the briefcase.
This was Naomi’s second attempt at taking the championship from Nia in just a few months, with her new WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion partner Bianca Belair by her side for the match.
Taking to Twitter after the loss, Bianca showed support to Naomi, sharing photos of them hugging at ringside after the match.
She wrote:

Bianca and Naomi became officially recognised as the Women’s Tag Team Champions last month, after Naomi helped Bianca retain the titles against Nia Jax and Candice LeRae.
