WWE’s Bayley has opened up on potentially missing her second straight WrestleMania event after being taken out of last year’s.
At WrestleMania 41 last year, Bayley and Lyra Valkyria were scheduled to face off against Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez for the Women’s Tag Team Championship.
However, the night before the match, Bayley was taken out backstage, being replaced by Becky Lynch, who would later be revealed as the culprit behind Bayley’s attack.
Speaking on Busted Open Radio, Bayley was asked about her thoughts on potentially being set to miss her second straight WrestleMania after failing to qualify for the Elimination Chamber match.
She said:
“I don’t know if it’s nervous, more anxious and a little furious. I feel with Lyra not qualifying for Chamber and myself not qualifying for Chamber, that there’s still hope and that there’s something we can do as a team, that’s something we’ve been pushing since last Mania, and that was obviously taken from us.
“If it were to come to that and we had an opportunity as a tag team, I think that might be a nice full circle moment, but I’ve taken a lot of losses in my day so, I kinda just move on and you’ve gotta do what you’ve gotta do, it’s all about how you react to things I guess.”
