AEW Women’s World Champion Toni Storm has given her thoughts on WWE star Blake Monroe following their recent rivalry.
Toni Storm and Mariah May ended their epic rivalry back at the AEW Revolution pay-per-view event in Los Angeles back in March, with Toni defeating Mariah in the ‘Hollywood Ending’ to retain the AEW Women’s World Championship.
The match would end up being Mariah’s last with AEW, with her contract expiring months later, and her making the move over to WWE, where she debuted on the NXT brand as Blake Monroe.
With Blake now months into her NXT run, Toni Storm appeared on the Ariel Helwani Show, where she gave her thoughts on Blake Monroe.
She said:
“We’ve all had relationships like Mariah haven’t we, that end in broken glass, fist fights, bloody kisses. What can I say about Mariah? She’s the single most evil, cold-hearted bitch I’ve ever met in my life. I can honestly say that. And I’m glad that I’ve banished her. I really did compromise her to a permament end.
“But I’m a big fan of that Blake Monroe.”

When Toni was asked if she had been keeping up with Blake’s work in NXT, to which she said:
“I’ve seen a bit but I don’t study it religiously.”

Toni is set to defend her Women’s World Championship in a four-way match against Kris Statlander, Jamie Hayter and Thekla at All Out this weekend.
