A WWE Hall of Famer has shared his honest thoughts on MJF’s AEW return, following his comeback segment on Dynamite.
MJF returned with impact on Wednesday’s (December 17) Dynamite: Holiday Bash show, confronting Hangman Page, Swerve Strickland and AEW World Champion Samoa Joe.
With Joe, Page and Strickland previously announced for a title match at Worlds End, MJF cashed in his Casino Gauntlet contract during this segment to add himself to the lineup for the December 27 AEW World Title match.
Speaking on Busted Open, WWE Hall of Famer Bully Ray (Bubba Ray Dudley) discussed MJF’s comeback, noting:
“I think Max has hit his first stage of ‘F**k you’ in the wrestling business. Max took three of the biggest stars in AEW…
“One of the most credible guys in pro-wrestling, Samoa Joe. Swerve, everybody’s favorite, they all like to chant ‘Swerve’s house’, and all the things that Swerve has done.
“And Hangman Adam Page, who seems to sometimes be on top of the world, and sometimes, not so much. Max with one fell swoop of his lightsaber, cut them all in half.”
