On the August 24 episode of Monday Night Raw, Royce Keys and OTM emerged to attack LA Knight, Solo Sikoa and The Usos in a memorable beatdown.
Following their latest online vignette, Keys and OTM will now be known as “946.”
With this new group name, it should lead to WWE adding more members to this unit, especially with Survivor Series: WarGames looming.
Here are seven WWE stars to potentially join the “946” faction with Royce Keys and OTM.
7. Jaida Parker
During their time on WWE NXT, OTM’s Lucien Price and Bronco Nima made a name for themselves alongside Jaida Parker.
The three stars were able to grow and gain experience as a trio together on the NXT brand.
However, Parker has separated herself from Price and Nima, choosing to stand on her own in the NXT women’s division.
After their main roster call-up, Nima and Price might open the door for Ms. Parker’s jump to Monday Night Raw and make her the first female star part of the “946” faction.
6. Saquon Shugars
When he first made his WWE debut in 2025, Saquon Shugars did so alongside other stars in a group.
Known as Dark State, Shugars, Dion Lennox, Cutler James and Osiris Griffin ran roughshod over WWE NXT.
Because of his hard edge and rough upbringing on the independent scene, Shugars was always going to be the odd man out in Dark State and that turned out to be true when the stable turned on him earlier this year.
Now that he is on his own, Shugars seems to be on the rise on NXT, but he could get a great opportunity to make his mark on the WWE main roster as the newest member of “946” with Royce Keys and OTM.
5. Keanu Carver
Since making his arrival on NXT earlier this year, Keanu Carver has been a force to be reckoned with.
Carver has showcased an unbridled rage that will help him reach the top of the industry.
Considering his background and upbringing, Carver has a lot in common with the likes of Royce Keys and OTM.
Joining “946,” Carver may fit the bill as the new enforcer for this new faction on WWE Raw.
4. Kali Armstrong
Another new NXT star who has emerged as an upstart is Kali Armstrong.
During her time in WWE, Armstrong already made history by becoming the first Evolve Women’s Champion.
“The Difference Maker” has been on the verge of a true breakout in WWE, but it might not come until she leaves NXT.
Armstrong heading to the WWE main roster might see her decide to join forces with Royce Keys and OTM in “946,” considering her California connection to this new group.
3. Cruz Montana
Earlier this year, Cruz Montana, then known as Mike Santana, made a special appearance to team with OTM in a win over Dark State.
Now months later, Montana is one of the biggest stars on the WWE NXT roster today.
The former two-time TNA World Champion is poised to become a titleholder sooner rather than later in WWE.
Based on his past partnership with Bronco Nima and Lucien Price as well as working with Royce Keys in AEW, Montana is someone who has ties to this “946” faction and could add even more of an edge to this unit.
2. Zilla Fatu
On the August 11 edition of WWE NXT, Zilla Fatu made his official debut by attacking Grayson Waller and Cruz Montana.
Throwing his name in the hat for the NXT Championship, Fatu has emerged as one of the hottest stars on the roster right now.
While he could join The Bloodline when he is called up, Zilla has the chance to make himself stand out even further from the pack.
Choosing to fight against his own family, Zilla could fit in better with this “946” group more than The Bloodline and could add a great deal to their presentation.
1. Jacob Fatu
Prior to their time together in WWE, Jacob Fatu and Royce Keys became friends on the independent scene.
Training and grinding together, Keys and Fatu grew a strong bond with one another that has been put through the test since arriving in WWE.
Following his loss to Roman Reigns in Tribal Combat at WWE Clash In Italy, Fatu has been forced to acknowledge “The OTC” and join The Bloodline. This led to Fatu viciously beating down Keys and taking him out on the August 3 WWE Raw.
Now that Keys is back with “946,” it has been suspicious that this group has not attacked Fatu as of yet and could lead to it being revealed they have been in cahoots with “The Samoan Werewolf” joining this group.
