On tonight’s October 25 episode of SmackDown, WWE debuted a new title belt strap design for one of the show’s championships.
While making an appearance as a special guest referee for the seventh of a best of seven series between Carmelo Hayes and Andrade, LA Knight showed off a new piece of hardware.
The WWE United States Championship has been designed to feature a leather strap that is personalized for LA Knight, as you can see in the video below.
How long he may carry that custom belt remains to be seen after tonight, as SmackDown GM Nick Aldis revealed that he Knight will defend the title against both Hayes and Andrade at WWE Crown Jewel.

Elsewhere on tonight’s show, there was an in-ring face-to-face between Cody Rhodes and GUNTHER ahead of their Crown Jewel Championship match.
The exchange would end in Cody Rhodes striking GUNTHER but then being on the receiving end of a beatdown from both GUNTHER and Ludwig Kaiser until Randy Orton ran out to break up the mugging – setting up a tag match for next week, which is actually being taped tonight.
