A new role with additional responsibilities has been revealed for NXT General Manager Ava courtesy of WWE executive Shawn Michaels.
Ava took the role of NXT General Manager in January 2024, having previously been the assistant to Shawn Michaels on the show.
With WWE Evolve having now premiered on Tubi in the United States and YouTube internationally, Ava has been given a new role by Michaels.
The first episode of WWE Evolve can be seen below this news story, with the show coming to an end with Michaels and Ava backstage.
Addressing what had been seen on the show, the Senior Vice President of Talent Development left Ava in charge of WWE Evolve, saying:
“Obviously some very impressive talent on this show, but as always, you’re the mayor.
“I trust your judgment. I’m going to leave you to direct this as you see fit.”
