Final matches to be added to WWE Crown Jewel 2026: Three more potential additions after World Tag Team Title announcement

Despite all the safety concerns and controversy, WWE appears to be plowing on with their plans to host Crown Jewel 2026 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia on November 7.

Following on from Friday’s announcement of Cody Rhodes vs. Randy Orton in a Last Man Standing match, Monday’s WWE Raw saw a World Tag Team Title match added to the card, with The Vision finally set to defend their World Tag Team Titles for the first time since winning them in July against the team of Penta and Je’Von Evans.

With b-level WWE PLEs typically having five or six matches, we should be seeing at least one more addition to the Crown Jewel card before we get to November 7.

Here are three potential final additions to the Crown Jewel 2026 card:

WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship – Raquel Rodriguez (c) vs. IYO SKY

Given what happened on Raw, perhaps the most likely addition to the WWE Crown Jewel card is Raquel Rodriguez defending the Women’s Intercontinental Title against IYO SKY.

“The Genius of the Sky” scored a big win over Rodriguez on this week’s Raw, a victory that surely puts her next in line for a title shot.

In comparison to her stellar 2025, SKY has been languishing this past year for the most part, but a Women’s IC Title win could certainly turn her fortunes right around.

WWE Tag Team Championships – The MFTs (Talla & Tama Tonga) (c) vs. Bakusai (Shinsuke Nakamura & Kyoki)

Seeing one set or WWE tag team titles defended on a premium live event is an incredibly rare occurrence, but two? Who would ever see that coming?

While it’s hard to see WWE doing it, there is at least a chance, as The MFTs and Bakusai have been at odds for weeks now and it’s clear that things need to get settled with another WWE Tag Team Title match soon.

Both Raw and SmackDown’s tag team divisions need some real love and attention. It goes further than just booking title matches at PLEs, but that is definitely a start. Hopefully, whether WWE books two tag title matches at Crown Jewel or not, we see a big improvement in the division as a whole before the end of 2027.

WWE Intercontinental Championship – Chad Gable (c) vs. Ethan Page

Another significant moment on WWE Raw was Ethan Page and Big Cass scoring a much needed win over Intercontinental Champion Chad Gable and Dragon Lee.

Unfortunately the win wasn’t what fans were left discussing afterwards, as Chad Gable appeared to get hurt whilst taking Page’s Egoplex finishing move on the outside of the ring during the bout.

There hasn’t been any word on Gable’s status at the time of writing – and it very well may have just been a planned injury spot – but if it is legit, hopefully Gable is doing well and won’t miss any time.

Providing he is fit enough, WWE could potentially book Page against Gable at Crown Jewel for the IC Title, with “All Ego” certainly having a claim for the gold after pinning Dragon Lee.
