New information has emerged regarding Sasha Banks’ appearance at Wrestle Kingdom 17, and who will accompany her to the event.
The event will take place tomorrow (January 4) at the Tokyo Dome in Japan.
Banks was confirmed for the event after several months of speculation about her contract with WWE, after she walked out of the company with tag team partner Naomi during and episode of Raw in May 2022.
While has already been reported that Naomi is likely accompany to Banks to the event after being spotted in Japan herself, according to a new report by PWInsider the two will not be alone.
According to the report, WWE star Bayley will also be at the event.
It is not yet known if Bayley, who is still contracted to WWE, will be acting in an official capacity, or whether she is simply there to support her friend and former colleague.
It is also not currently known if Bayley has been sent to the event by WWE.
While it is not yet known what Banks herself will do at the event, it is expected that she will make some sort of appearance during or following the IWGP Women’s Championship match.
