Sol Ruca has given an indication into her current relationship with Zaria after the Australian star lost Ruca’s NXT Women’s North American Championship on her behalf at WWE Halloween Havoc.
In what was the first of three title changes on the night, Blake Monroe secured her first piece of championship gold in WWE by defeating ZARIA for Sol Ruca’s NXT Women’s North American Title.
Ruca, who was unable to compete in the match herself due to injury, accompanied Zaria to the ring for the match, and would inadvertently play a role in the match’s conclusion.
A scuffle on the outside between Blake and Zaria saw Ruca’s crutch knocked out from underneath her, leading to Zaria getting distracted by her downed partner on the outside.
Monroe capitalised with a Double Arm DDT on the outside, before hitting another inside the ring for the three count, as a despondent Ruca looked on.
With many fans wondering what the status of ZaRuca could be after this setback, and whether a split between the two could be on the cards, Ruca has now quelled those fears somewhat by sharing a picture of ZARIA to social media, along with the message:
She’s still the coolest
Zaria on the other hand has yet to publicly comment on the loss, but we will provide further updates on the status of ZaRuca as a team when more news emerges.
