There were notably strong showings for the likes of Lash Legend, Sol Ruca, Oba Femi, and Je’Von Evans all of whom fall into that category.

Legend scored five eliminations, the most of anyone in the women’s Rumble, while Ruca made it to the final three alongside runner-up Tiffany Stratton and winner Liv Morgan.

As for Femi, he kicked off the men’s match at #1 and also had five eliminations, joint at the top of the list with eventual winner Roman Reigns.

A new report from PWInsider notes that people in WWE were “raving” about the performances of Ruca and Femi in particular yestreday.

There was also said to be “a lot of praise” for Evans, who spent the longest time in the men’s Rumble at 41 minutes, which was about two minutes longer than Femi in second place.

The report notes that there’s a general feeling that the Rumble was “the real start” of getting some of these new names established on the roster.
