At AEW All Out 2026, The Young Bucks defeated Cage and Cope and FTR to win the Three-Way Ladder Match and captured the AEW World Tag Team Championships.
Now coming out of Chicago, Matt and Nick Jackson are back on top of the AEW tag team scene.
In a now refreshed division, there could be any number of duos who might be in line for their opportunity at The Bucks’ gold.
Here are four potential Young Bucks next AEW World Tag Team Championships challengers after All Out 2026.
Kyle Fletcher & Kevin Knight
On the September 9 episode of AEW Rebel Heart Dynamite, Kyle Fletcher and Kevin Knight defeated The Young Bucks in a Tables Match thanks to interference from FTR.
After picking up this win, The Don Callis Family members have since grown in confidence as a pairing.
Then at AEW All Out 2026, Fletcher and Knight defeated Darby Allin and Steven Borden via referee stoppage to become the number one contenders for the AEW World Tag Team Championships.
Considering this latest win, it shouldn’t be long before Fletcher and Knight get their opportunity at The Bucks one more time.
FTR (Dax Harwood & Cash Wheeler)
Back at AEW Revolution 2026, FTR defeated The Young Bucks to retain the AEW World Tag Team Championships.
This gave Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler the edge in their head-to-head record against Matt and Nick Jackson at 3-2.
However, The Bucks were able to beat FTR to becoming four-time AEW World Tag Team Champions at All Out 2026.
The Bucks defending the titles against FTR should be a high profile rematch in the near future.
Cage & Cope (Christian Cage & Adam Copeland)
At AEW All In London 2026, Cage and Cope defeated The Young Bucks to retain the AEW World Tag Team Championships.
Cementing their legacy, Adam Copeland and Christian Cage got the job done due to nefarious means with Cage using a wrench to beat The Bucks.
Now that Matt and Nick Jackson have avenged this loss at AEW All Out 2026, it feels like a rematch should be coming soon.
The Young Bucks now in the champions position against Cage and Cope would provide a new dynamic for this rivalry moving forward.
The Motor City Machine Guns (Chris Sabin & Alex Shelley)
In July, The Motor City Machine Guns officially made their AEW debut.
Then at AEW All In London 2026, Chris Sabin and Alex Shelley showed up to join Cage and Cope, The Young Bucks, FTR and The New Level in the ring.
Following All Out 2026, The Guns have the chance to rekindle their legendary rivalry with The Bucks again.
With The Bucks holding the AEW World Tag Team Titles, they would be hard-pressed to find another duo who know them better or more prepared to square off with the new champions than The Motor City Machine Guns.
