After WWE Survivor Series 2025 saw a big title change when Dominik Mysterio won the Intercontinental Championship back from John Cena, there could be even more new champions coming soon.
As storylines start aligning with the Road to WrestleMania 42 is nearly upon us, there could be some title changes on the horizon set to shake things up on the way to Las Vegas.
Here are six WWE title changes that could be coming soon.
6. Women’s Intercontinental Championship – Roxanne Perez
Rumors of the Judgment Day’s potential demise have clearly not proven accurate just yet after they helped secure an Intercontinental Championship win for Dominik Mysterio at Survivor Series 2025.
With the return of Liv Morgan, it would seem that Roxanne Perez will be looking to prove her worth to the group more than ever.
Possibly able to pick up the Women’s Intercontinental Championship to match Dirty Dom, Perez could defeat Maxxine Dupri to begin her reign in a match that has already been teased.
Potentially leading to a future showdown between Roxanne Perez and AJ Lee, we could very well get back around to Lee vs Becky Lynch for WrestleMania 42.

5. Women’s World Championship – Liv Morgan
With the return of Liv Morgan at WWE Survivor Series 2025, it would seem that there could be a major new rival ahead for Stephanie Vaquer.
A women’s division version of a WrestleMania 42 teaser advert dropped during the PLE featuring an all-star line-up.
Jade Cargill, Tiffany Stratton, Charlotte Flair, Becky Lynch, Rhea Ripley, IYO SKY and Liv Morgan were all seated at a dinner table – possibly giving some clues about the planned direction for the division for WrestleMania 42.
With Stephanie Vaquer potentially losing the Women’s World Championship to Liv Morgan after an onslaught of Judgment Day interference, it would make sense to see the returning Morgan go into Mania on top.

4. World Tag Team Championship – The New Day
With The New Day continuing to petition for their shot at AJ Styles and Dragon Lee, their time is coming.
New Day will in fact challenge Styles and Lee on the post-Survivor Series episode of WWE Raw, and if they win the title back, it might be time for a generational showdown heading into WrestleMania 42.
With New Day never having faced off in a proper feud with the Hardy Boyz, Matt and Jeff Hardy, and some belief that the Hardys could be poised to re-sign with WWE in the near future, there could be a very fun rivalry ahead.
Throw The Usos into the fracas and it could be a three-way race for who can stake claim on calling themselves the best tag team in WWE.

3. Undisputed WWE Championship – Brock Lesnar
With plenty of speculation about how creative plans are set to unfold over the next few weeks, it could be that there are unexpected twists and turns coming soon.
If Cody Rhodes were to drop the WWE Championship to Brock Lesnar in the near future, it could set up a historic moment for the Royal Rumble in Riyadh in January 2026.
Perhaps looking to tie Stone Cold Steve Austin’s record at three Royal Rumble wins in his career, it could be that after winning the Rumble in 2023 and 2024, Rhodes could claim his third victory in 2026.
Breaking up the current expectation that it might be a third round of Roman Reigns taking on Cody Rhodes for the Undisputed WWE Championship, in the end it could be a three-way between Reigns, Rhodes and Lesnar for the big Vegas showdown.

2. Women’s Tag Team Championship – Nia Jax & Lash Legend
What’s next for the Kabuki Warriors could have already been determined during the closing moments of the Survivor Series 2025 women’s WarGames match.
After a miscalculated mist from Asuka ended up blasting Lash Legend instead of the intended target, the babyface women’s team came out on top in WarGames.
Leading to a potential feud between Nia Jax & Lash Legend and the Kabuki Warriors, if the powerful duo from SmackDown were able to capture gold, there would be plenty of options for WrestleMania 42.
With the tag team of Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss continuing to go strong in addition to the partnership between IYO SKY and Rhea Ripley, it could be that WrestleMania 42 could host a massive Women’s Tag Team Title showdown in Las Vegas.

1. United States Championship – Oba Femi
With the final WWE in-ring appearance by John Cena set for Saturday Night’s Main Event in Washington DC, Cena made an exciting announcement about the other matches set for the card.
Set to host exhibition matches between NXT stars and main roster talent, one way to introduce Oba Femi to the main roster audience would be through an immediate championship victory.
Potentially answering an open challenge for the United States Championship from Ilja Dragunov, Oba Femi could make an huge impression with a win.
Setting up a potential new rivalry for the pair and with Tommaso Ciampa in hot pursuit, there could be a fresh new feud heading into WrestleMania 42.
