WWE's CM Punk and Kevin Owens

On the August 21 edition of Friday Night SmackDown, CM Punk faced Kevin Owens with the Undisputed WWE Championship on the line.

This marked the first time that Punk and Owens squared off with one another, but this bout did not settle their issues.

Since then, Punk and Owens have cost each other the Undisputed WWE Championship and have continued their feud with one another.

After costing each other the Money In The Bank Ladder Match, here are four potential WWE stipulations for CM Punk vs. Kevin Owens rematch.

No Holds Barred

The animosity between CM Punk and Kevin Owens has reached a fever pitch where rules have to be thrown out of the window.

No Holds Barred Match means there will be no countout or disqualification and would fit the tone of their feud.

Punk and Owens’ rivalry has all the makings to be an extremely physical match with their next bout.

This feud getting a No Holds Barred stipulation would be fitting and serve as a great way to finally settle the score between Punk and KO.

Steel Cage Match

When CM Punk and Kevin Owens first clashed, it was Sami Zayn who inserted himself into the match.

Nailing Owens with the Undisputed WWE Championship, Zayn inadvertently helped Punk retain his title.

Wanting to keep Sami or anyone else out, this upcoming rematch could be placed inside a steel cage.

Punk and Owens settle their differences in a Steel Cage Match would let them go all out in a brutal way in this blowoff.

I Quit Match

During this rivalry, CM Punk and Kevin Owens have showcased a desire to embarrass one another.

There might not be a humiliating stipulation that could help both men in their goal than an I Quit Match.

Making your enemy say I Quit would give either Punk or KO a superiority over the other that they have both shown they want desperately.

With no DQ and pulling out all the stops for the other to quit, there might not be a better way to bring their animosity to a head than Punk and Owens facing off in an I Quit Match.

Last Man Standing

Another stipulation that can serve as a legitimate blowoff between CM Punk and Kevin Owens is a Last Man Standing Match.

Punk and Owens are both no stranger to this bout, having finished off previous rivalries with this match type.

With both men losing their previous Last Man Standing matches, this will give Punk and KO the chance to avenge those previous bouts.

Looking to stand over the other, a Last Man Standing Match could help Punk and Owens prove who the better man is here.

Loser Leaves SmackDown

It is starting to feel like CM Punk and Kevin Owens’ hatred has reached a point of no return.

With decades of animosity between them, Punk and Owens do not feel like they can be on the same brand without tearing each other apart.

This might lead SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis to determine that the right stipulation for Punk and Owens to blow off their feud is in a Loser Leaves Town Match.

To be more specific, Punk and KO facing off in a Loser Leaves SmackDown stipulation would put a definitive end to their ongoing feud and prove who is better between them once and for all.
