The first-ever two-night SummerSlam is set to take place on 2 and 3 August from MetLife Stadium in New Jersey.
Cards have now been released for both nights, with 12 matches currently announced.
However, further changes are likely as we head into the final week of television before the big shows.
Below are five changes we could still see made to WWE SummerSlam.
5. Bella Twins Reunion Announced

Nikki Bella recently returned to WWE programming, wrestling on Raw against Chelsea Green and taking part in the battle royal at the all-women’s PLE Evolution.
On a recent episode of The Nikki & Brie Show podcast, Nikki noted to her sister how much she’s enjoying her current run and expressed her desire to appear at SummerSlam.
While nothing is currently confirmed for the show – and Brie has herself publicly ruled out appearing – Nikki’s comments feel like a bit of foreshadowing.
Could we still see the long-awaited return of The Bellas together on one of the nights of SummerSlam?

4. Stipulation Added to Zayn vs. Kross

Sami Zayn was announced as being out “indefinitely” following the 7 July edition of WWE Raw, where he was first attacked by Karrion Kross and then decimated in his match with Bron Breakker.
“Indefinitely” turned out to be two weeks, as Zayn returned to Raw in a losing effort to extract some revenge against rival Kross.
He’ll get another shot at payback on Night One of SummerSlam – but with this now escalating into a blood feud, we could very well see a last-minute stipulation added to settle it once and for all.
The question is: what stipulation could bring this rivalry to its end?

3. Tag Team Title TLC Match Added to Sunday’s Card

The main event of the 25 July edition of WWE’s SmackDown between The Wyatt Sicks and Fénix & Andrade ended in chaos, with all the division’s tag teams brawling in the ring.
As a result, Nick Aldis announced that all six teams – The Wyatt Sicks, The Street Profits, DIY, Motor City Machine Guns, Andrade & Rey Fénix, and Fraxiom – will compete in a TLC match for the titles at SummerSlam.
It was not confirmed which night this potentially show-stealing bout will take place.
However, with six matches already announced for Night One and five for Night Two, it seems likely this match will soon be confirmed for SummerSlam’s second night.

2. Bayley Match Added

A storyline attack took Bayley off this year’s WrestleMania, and her recent loss on Raw to Lyra Valkyria means she currently has no match for SummerSlam.
One could certainly question the decision to leave one of the division’s most popular stars off two of the company’s biggest shows of the year.
Also conspicuous by her absence from the SummerSlam card so far is Stephanie Vaquer, who is clearly being positioned as the next big star in the women’s division and is set to challenge for World Title in Paris at the end of August.
To get both women on the WWE SummerSlam card – and potentially give Vaquer a major win – could we see the two matched up and added to one of the nights?

1. Rock Appearance Announced

The Rock has not appeared on WWE programming since Elimination Chamber, where he orchestrated John Cena’s shocking heel turn.
Much to the surprise – and indeed chagrin – of many of WWE’s fanbase, he did not make an appearance at WrestleMania during the Undisputed Title match between Cena and Cody Rhodes.
However, given The Rock’s recent history of last-minute changes, could we see the same at SummerSlam – with him announcing himself for the show?
An announced appearance could finally allow WWE to pay off the storyline between Cena, Rhodes, and The Rock.
