With WWE Survivor Series just around the corner on November 29, there could be some surprising WWE names left off the card.
From known injuries to top stars that will just seemingly not make the cut in the end — there could be some big creative changes leaving several intriguing names without a featured spot on the event.
Here are seven WWE stars that seem set to miss Survivor Series 2025.
7. Seth Rollins
Out of action due to injury, Seth Rollins was written off WWE TV after his Vision teammates Bron Breakker, Bronson Reed and even Paul Heyman turned against him.
After being tapped to lead the heel side of the men’s WarGames team, it has ended up coming together in an entirely different way.
Revealed to close WWE SmackDown on November 14, Drew McIntyre aligned with the Vision’s Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed as well as Logan Paul to cement their current field at four.
With the potential inclusion of the returning Austin Theory but more likely, Brock Lesnar — it could be set to be a WarGames to remember at Survivor Series 2025.

6. Brock Lesnar
One potential entrant into the heel squad for the men’s WarGames match that may have been scrapped is Brock Lesnar.
Making infrequent appearances since his return, the unpredictable Lesnar could still certainly surprise fans by wading into the current Survivor Series WarGames drama.
While he could certainly still appear at the last minute —particularly since it seems Paul Heyman is orchestrating the team’s formation — the heel team is coming along solidly event without the inclusion of the rarely seen Lesnar.
Able to still pick up the likes of Aleister Black, Finn Balor, Dominik Mysterio or even top NXT heel Trick Williams — this year’s star studded WarGames match could benefit from a random inclusion in the team as well.

5. Charlotte Flair
On the November 14 edition of WWE SmackDown, it certainly seemed as though Charlotte Flair made her perspective on her potential inclusion in the upcoming WarGames match clear.
Seemingly respectfully declining to participate, Flair was apologetic when she addressed her former fellow tag team champ, Alexa Bliss.
Directly addressing Rhea Ripley and noting that she didn’t like her, didn’t trust her and thinks she is a snake — Charlotte Flair wasn’t interested in joining this year’s WarGames squad only because they share enemies in the Kabuki Warriors.
Exiting the ring, it seems as though Flair is standing on business regarding her unwillingness to put herself on the line for an arbitrary cause — which in reality, is absolutely what the character of Charlotte Flair would do.

4. PENTA
While he could be missing out on the Survivor Series 2025, there could be an even bigger event in the weeks beyond the PLE for PENTA.
Announced as one of the final first round entrants in the Last Time Is Now tournament to determine John Cena’s final opponent in WWE, it could be that Ciero Miedo brings PENTA all the way to the end.
Announced as a part of the last set of first round matches, PENTA will face off against Finn Balor in a first round bout.
Also confirmed to round out the first round, Bronson Reed taking on Carmelo Hayes in a match that is sure to be one to watch.

3. Stephanie Vaquer
One star that runs the risk of missing out on Survivor Series 2025 entirely could be Stephanie Vaquer, taking with her several involved in a current feud with the champ.
Although the WWE Women’s World Champion could end up facing a number of opponents at the upcoming Survivor Series, there isn’t a sure bet on the card for the star.
With ongoing feuds with the likes of Roxanne Perez, Raquel Rodriguez and Nikki Bella that may end up fitting in nicely should they serve as a segue for the return of Liv Morgan — it is equally likely that any title match for Vaquer ends up occurring on WWE Raw instead.
With two big WarGames matches, John Cena’s final premium live event match (unless of course he ends up in WarGames), there may be limited number of additional spots up for grabs on the card.

2. Austin Theory
Out of action since summer, Austin Theory was originally reported as set to be making a return to action in order to be in the upcoming Survivor Series WarGames match.
While Theory could potentially still make a return to become the fifth member of the WarGames squad — particularly since he has such negative history with John Cena — it seems more likely that Brock Lesnar will round out the field.
Creating one of the most frightening WWE heel teams ever to take on the WarGames match, a mighty team of Bron Breakker, Bronson Reed, Drew McIntyre, Logan Paul and Brock Lesnar could end up making history.
While the return of Theory is hopefully somewhat near — possibly even as a still surprise entrant to face Solo Sikoa in the Last Time Is Now tournament to determine John Cena’s final opponent — it doesn’t seem like Theory will be making the cut for Survivor Series 2025.

1. Jacob Fatu
Similarly to Seth Rollins, Jacob Fatu was originally reported to be set for the upcoming Survivor Series WarGames match but has ended up out of action.
Being out of action after undergoing dental surgery, Jacob Fatu is reportedly questionable in regards to whether or not he may be medically cleared in order to participate in the Survivor Series event.
Instead in the time since Fatu has been off TV the babyface men’s team has revealed itself to be CM Punk, Cody Rhodes and The Usos (Jimmy & Jey Uso) with one remaining member as yet to be announced. With speculation that it could be John Cena or Roman Reigns — WWE fans will have to wait and see what eventually comes together but it does seem the babyface team has moved on without Jacob Fatu.
Or has it? With Fatu potentially able to point to McIntyre as the assailant that took him out of action, it could be that Jacob Fatu ends up in the WarGames match in the end.
