While it doesn’t seem that there will be an official WWE Draft in 2025, there is still time in the year for some stars to switch brands.
From current NXT names that are able to move up to the main roster to others who have exhausted their feuds on SmackDown — there could be some new faces joining WWE Raw in the near future.
Here are six WWE stars that could join the WWE Raw roster.
6. Oba Femi
A big name from NXT that could certainly be making his debut in the near future on the main roster, Oba Femi would be a great fit for WWE Raw.
After dropping the NXT Championship to Ricky Saints, it seems as though NXT star Oba Femi could be main roster bound in the not so distant future.
Able to hold his own with the likes of other big men Bronson Reed and Bron Breakker, perhaps Femi could be headed for a spot in The Vision stable or maybe more interestingly in opposition of the fearsome duo.
With impressive reigns with both the NXT North American Championship and NXT’s top title, it would make total sense to see Femi hold gold on WWE Raw sooner rather than later.

5. Tiffany Stratton
After losing her WWE Women’s Championship to Jade Cargill at Saturday Night’s Main Event, it would seem that Tiffy Time could be moving on.
Possibly switching brands over to WWE Raw, Stratton could come up with an entirely new field of opponents and allies that might be even more interesting than anything going on back on the blue brand.
Able to formally join forces with teased tag partners Rhea Ripley or Nikki Bella, Stratton could also look to target Becky Lynch for the WWE women’s Intercontinental Championship.
With still a ton of upside left in her career, it seems certain that Stratton will remain a WWE star for years to come however it may be time she takes her ‘Prettiest Moonsault Ever’ over to WWE Raw.

4. Randy Orton
One star that could immediately switch brands over to WWE Raw could be Randy Orton.
While he has factored into feuds with Drew McIntyre and even had some moments of tension with Cody Rhodes, it would be fun to see Randy Orton back on WWE Raw.
Able to join the cast of characters on Netflix rather smoothly, he could end up facing off against the likes of a returning Chad Gable with his American Made squad or even the anticipated Santos Escobar.
Bringing about a major feud for Orton could be the ideal launching pad for a younger star as well as give Orton something substantive to do on the show.

3. Fraxiom
While the pair have been in several big bouts on SmackDown, it could be that a move to WWE Raw would be a solid one for both members of the tag team.
With Nathan Frazer and Axiom able to take on singles opponents as well as tag team action on WWE Raw, it might make more sense to see them interacting with the more populated roster.
Since their tag team feuds could blend over into singles feuds, fans could get more fast moving and hard hitting action from the former NXT Tag Team Champions over on WWE Raw.
Possibly feuding with Judgment Day, the New Day or even an unlikely foe for the much bigger Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed — Fraxiom could be great on Netflix.

2. Santos Escobar
With one of the more unique contract stories of 2025, Santos Escobar was signed with WWE, departed WWE and re-signed again all within the month of October.
With his contract expiring before he signed on for a new term, Escobar had a brief period of free agency before it was reported that he had re-signed with the company after all.
Reportedly set for a flip over to the WWE Raw roster, he also has been rumored to be getting a new character for singles action while also parting ways with Angel & Berto.
Definitely able to make a big impact on the WWE Raw roster, Escobar is set to be an intriguing addition to Monday nights.

1. Carmelo Hayes
One star that could definitely benefit from a refresh over on WWE Raw is Carmelo Hayes.
While he was drafted to the main roster in the first round and immediately took on Cody Rhodes for a bout, Melo’s climb on SmackDown hasn’t been linear.
After linking up with The Miz for a tag team, the duo have recently split and seemingly Melo is free to continue his plotting his next move on WWE Raw.
Possibly leading to a reunion between Carmelo Hayes and his NXT running buddy Trick Williams, the duo could have a dastardly impact on the red brand.
