WWE 2K26 releases next month and will as always come with an exciting updated roster of playable characters.
However, along with the additions, there will also be some names who featured in WWE 2K25 that will be cut out of 2K26.
Here are five stars from 2K25 who most likely won’t be part of WWE 2K26.
Andrade
One former WWE star that won’t feature in WWE 2K26 is Andrade after he left WWE well ahead of this year’s game release.
While he made the cut to return to WWE 2K25, the appearance marked his first in the game in a number of years.
It does seem that Andrade will be back on pause again as he has since departed WWE and returned to professional wrestling in a big way.
Departing WWE and re-signing with AEW, it could be that Andrade El Idolo ends up featuring if AEW ends up creating its own video game sequel to 2023’s AEW Fight Forever.

KSI
One character that was playable in WWE 2K25 that may not make the cut for a second year in a row is KSI.
With celebrities that are included in the game rarely making multiple appearances (save for the likes of Bad Bunny), there are several candidates for new celebrity playable characters that could take his place.
Possibly featuring the addition of IShowSpeed after his previous Royal Rumble appearance, there could be another very fun addition that debuts later as a part of DLC.
After having a well received match at SummerSlam 2025 that was featured on WWE Unreal, perhaps it will be Jelly Roll who becomes the latest star to join the ranks of a WWE video game.

Carlito
One fan favorite star that has departed WWE and will seemingly not make the cut for this year’s video game is Carlito.
Despite factoring as an enjoyable member of the Judgment Day during his latest appearances in the company, ultimately Carlito did not re-sign with WWE.
Last appearing in action in WWE back at the 2025 Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal, Carlito has continued his in-ring career outside of the company after returning to independent wrestling.
Potentially making a return to playable character action in the future if there is a Judgment Day story mode down the road, it seems at least for WWE 2K26 that Carlito will be out.

Baron Corbin
After still appearing in WWE 2K25, it would make complete sense to see Baron Corbin omitted from this year’s video game.
Interestingly, despite having already left the company before the release of 2K25, Corbin lore was still recognized elsewhere in the game with King Corbin being an unlockable character in Chapter 4 of The Island mode.
Unlikely to be included in WWE 2K26, it doesn’t mean that the former Baron Corbin hasn’t continued his professional wrestling journey.
With appearances in both MLW and AEW, it could be that his latest character iteration Bishop Dyer could make a return to WWE at some point in the future.

Karrion Kross
One star that could certainly be out for WWE 2K26 may be Karrion Kross.
With the Royal Rumble having come and gone, it seems that some of the continued hopefulness about Karrion Kross making a surprise return to WWE continues to wane.
While it wouldn’t be entirely unheard of for departed stars to still feature in the next video game release, it could make sense to see Kross omitted.
Other stars that may end up finding themselves out of WWE 2K26 include Scarlett, Katana Chance, Kayden Carter, Ridge Holland, Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson.
