With WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event coming up on November 1, there will end up being some stars miss the event.
From injuries that seemingly derailed creative plans for the show to popular feuds that didn’t make their way onto the card for the event — there are a handful of WWE stars that ended up not making the cut for the event.
Here are six WWE stars that were removed from Saturday Night’s Main Event.
6. Seth Rollins
The biggest change from the original plans for the upcoming Saturday Night’s Main Event was the complete removal of Seth Rollins.
Originally set to face CM Punk for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship at the event, after he was injured, all of Rollins’ creative plans were seemingly scrapped.
Expediting the end of his reign as the leader of The Vision faction, Bron Breakker would attack him and align himself with Bronson Reed.
Bringing Paul Heyman along with them — for the time being at least — the group has soldiered on without their former leader.

5. AJ Lee
While AJ Lee was in competition back at Wrestlepalooza 2025 where she and CM Punk beat Seth Rollins and Becky Lynch — she has yet to return.
However, it does seem as though the feud between Lee and Lynch is poised to kick back up again in the near future.
Taking to social media, Lynch posted a series of names of all of her opponents that she has beaten to continue her reign as WWE Women’s Intercontinental Champion, she notably did not make mention of Lee.
Likely headed for a showdown at a future time — it makes sense that both AJ Lee and Becky Lynch missed the cut for this Saturday Night’s Main Event card.

4. LA Knight
LA Knight continues to play third-wheel to the evolving title picture on WWE Raw in the absence of Seth Rollins.
After The Vision faction leader found himself too injured to compete, there was a shot that the vacant title could be determined via a multi-man match.
However after previously winning the opportunity to face Rollins in a match against Jey Uso and LA Knight, CM Punk would go on to get his singles bout for the title.
With a limited number of matches on the card, there isn’t another bout for LA Knight and so he will be missing the November 1 event.

3. Jimmy Uso
A casualty of the growing war over the WWE World Heavyweight Championship in Seth Rollins’ absence has been Jimmy Uso. While he had recently reunited with his twin brother Jey, the latter’s ambitions could cut the partnership short.
With Jey Uso seemingly adopting Roman Reigns’ philosophy of putting self above all others, Jimmy has again fallen by the wayside.
In the over the top battle royal to determine who would face CM Punk for the vacant title, Jey eliminated Jimmy in order to capture the win.
Since conflict between the pair of brothers has continued to be an undercurrent of the Bloodline storyline, it makes sense that perhaps the duo could split once again.

2. Rhea Ripley
One top name from the WWE women’s division who won’t be on the card is Rhea Ripley.
There is only one female bout on the card for this edition of Saturday Night’s Main Event so The Eradicator is in good company.
Since conflict with Kabuki Warriors (Asuka & Kairi Sane) has continued as well as her alliance with IYO SKY, it would seem that Rhea Ripley will find herself with a big bout at the upcoming Survivor Series WarGames.
Rumored to be one of the anchors of the babyface team along with AJ Lee, IYO SKY, Charlotte Flair & Alexa Bliss — the showdown against rumored opponents Becky Lynch, Asuka, Kairi Sane, Nia Jax & NXT’s Lash Legend sounds like it will be worth the wait.

1. Roman Reigns
One rumored participating in the upcoming Survivor Series WarGames match for the men that seemingly denied the report in the ring was Roman Reigns.
After he lost the Australian Street Fight against Bronson Reed at Crown Jewel 2025, Reigns told both Jimmy and Jey Uso that he didn’t want to see them “until Christmas”.
While he could certainly still make an eventual appearance ahead of the PLE, he didn’t make the cut for the card at Saturday Night’s Main Event.
Seemingly disinterested in chasing WWE Championship gold in the past year, it will be intriguing to see what Reigns is up to when he does return to action.
