WWE SmackDown Stars To Switch Brands

While there wasn’t an official WWE Draft in 2025, it isn’t too late for brand switches to still happen this year.

From SmackDown stars that could use a fresh start over on WWE Raw to others that could move between brands — there are some likely candidates to mix things up in the new year.

Here are six WWE SmackDown stars to switch brands.

6. Wyatt Sicks

While the Wyatt Sicks were moved to SmackDown in 2025, it seems that the group travels freely.

Appearing in AAA as well, it could be that the Sicks defy any specific brand loyalty and rather continue to chase storylines.

Particularly able to look to some of the biggest perpetrators of betrayal — like Paul Heyman  or even Izzi Dame and The Culling in NXT — it could make sense for the Sicks to begin to lay traps for a future reveal.

Potentially playing out over a long period of time, the Wyatt Sicks are perfectly poised to tell a long form story that only comes together after a big reveal ties it all together.

5. The Miz

A longstanding star in WWE, The Miz is back in action and could benefit from flipping brands.

Able to join a league of veterans over on WWE Raw, it could be that The Miz takes on a new life on Netflix.

Hopping back into action with the likes of familiar foes Rusev and Sheamus (when he returns from injury), The Miz could also serve as a foil to a variety of younger talent.

Bringing out the best in his in-ring opponents, The Miz could be a solid rivalry for any of the rising babyfaces or even a heel on the verge of a character shift.

4. Damian Priest

Although he could be a potential future challenger to Cody Rhodes on SmackDown, Damian Priest could definitely benefit from swapping brands back to WWE Raw.

Able to resume his chase for the World Heavyweight title, contending with the likes of CM Punk and GUNTHER could be a good use of his skills.

After feuding with Drew McIntyre and Aleister Black on SmackDown, it would definitely make sense to see a brand switch create something new and exciting for Priest.

Potentially aligning with Rhea Ripley to form a new super group, the pair could be a great team for the growing mixed tag conflicts in WWE.

3. Rey Fenix

Rey Fenix made his debut in WWE and has gone on to gather momentum but he has yet to appear in tag team action with his real life brother PENTA.

At some point the reunion of Rey Fenix & PENTA as a tag team should happen it would be best suited for WWE Raw.

With an already stacked tag team division on SmackDown, it would make more sense to see the Lucha Bros reunited on Netflix.

Able to challenge any number of the top teams on WWE Raw, the dynamic duo could completely shift the landscape of the chase for the WWE World Tag Team titles.

2. Carmelo Hayes

While he was called up from NXT to the main roster and became a mainstay on SmackDown, Carmelo Hayes could be set for even bigger things.

Perhaps getting a fresh start with a swap over to WWE Raw, there could be another good reason for him to depart his current brand.

Able to reunite with Trick Williams from NXT and make their mark on Netflix together, the pair could end up being a force.

In tag team action or with either one targeting titles of their own, there could be an amazing alliance if the Trick Melo Gang got back together on WWE Raw.

1. Tiffany Stratton

After losing the WWE Women’s Championship to Jade Cargill, Tiffany Stratton has yet to return to in-ring competition.

With Tiffy Time having ended on SmackDown, it could be the perfect time for the buff Barbie to instead bring her Prettiest Moonsault Ever to WWE Raw.

Giving Stratton a fresh start with some potential rivalries, she could find herself in the crosshairs of the recently turned heel Nikki Bella or reignite her rivalry with Becky Lynch.

Conversely, bringing back her heel persona from NXT — Stratton could become a major force on WWE Raw by becoming a big bully yet again.
