With both Becky Lynch and The New Day (Kofi Kingston & Xavier Woods) becoming even more vocal about their criticism of the Adam Pearce as the WWE RAW GM — even more heels could turn against him soon.

Potentially looking to overthrow Adam Pearce directly, Becky Lynch is clearly not backing down from her fight with management.
Making for an amusing takeover, Lynch could try her hand at the WWE Raw GM role through being literally appointed to sub in for Pearce or something more hilarious.
If she were to trap Pearce somewhere backstage for most of the show — she could probably make a pretty solid interim GM albeit through a hostile takeover.
With Lynch being one of the few characters on WWE Raw bombastic enough to pull off a caper like kidnapping Adam Pearce, it could actually be a hilarious episode.

5. Kofi Kingston
Another potential replacement for Adam Pearce could be a vocal dissenter — Kofi Kingston.
With both Kingston and his New Day partner Xavier Woods rallying around Becky Lynch and her criticism of the WWE Raw GM, perhaps the veteran would be willing to step in.

Perhaps Becky Lynch could find an ally in Drew McIntyre in trying to see WWE Raw GM Adam Pearce face repercussions for what she believes are injustices.
While Drew McIntyre has popped by WWE Raw ahead of Survivor Series 2025 to align with The Vision, perhaps he could find another reason to stick around.
With McIntyre suspended from SmackDown and expected to stay out of the arena ahead of his WarGames match, perhaps he could find himself a route back in by being tapped as an authority figure.
Able to use the power of persuasion of Paul Heyman to get him the gig, McIntyre would be a fun short term replacement for Adam Pearce if he were to find himself storyline suspended.

Reportedly Austin Theory was originally planned for the men’s WarGames match, but after Seth Rollins was taken out of action due to injury, the team saw several shake-ups.
However there were subsequent reports that there were still influential names backstage pushing for Theory to have a featured storyline — potentially being achieved through arriving as a replacement for Adam Pearce.
Revealing his alliance to Paul Heyman and The Vision eventually, Theory could still find his way into the storyline.
Having an unintended consequence of Becky Lynch attempting to oust Pearce only to have a plant from The Vision stable end up in his place, there could be a fun rivalry between Theory and Becky.

An amazing potential on-screen authority figure in the future would be the no non-sense former WWE Champion, Kevin Owens.
While Kevin Owens remains out of action due to injury, his return to TV could come before his return to engaging in physicality in the ring.
