For over five years now, Adam Pearce has been one of the longest standing authority figures in WWE history.
Since 2023, Pearce has served as the Raw General Manager, dealing with all the chaos that goes down on Monday nights.
With his lengthy run in the role, WWE could have more options to replace Pearce and have as a potential GM in the near future.
Here are seven potential WWE Raw General Managers.
7. Nick Aldis

When Adam Pearce became the official Raw General Manager in 2023, Nick Aldis was brought in to take the role of SmackDown GM.
Since then, Aldis has brought his own flair to the role and has filled the position with an air of credibility that has not always been seen as General Manager.
The former NWA Worlds Heavyweight Champion could potentially do the same thing if he were given the chance to be Raw General Manager next.
Taking on the role on the flagship show, Aldis would be the most logical option to potentially replace Pearce, knowing how well he can do in this position over the past two years.

6. Ava

While Nick Aldis and Adam Pearce took their spots on Raw and SmackDown, NXT looked to bring some youth in the GM position.
Ava is someone who has filled this role with poise and grace in ways that her counterparts on Raw and SmackDown have not been able to.
At 24 years old, Ava has made for a solid authority figure for the WWE NXT brand over the past three years.
Replacing Adam Pearce on WWE Raw, Ava could gain even more experience and become one of the iconic General Managers of this era of the company.

5. Santino Marella

In January 2023, Santino Marella made his debut as the TNA Director of Authority.
Going from an in-ring competitor to a non wrestling role, Marella has showcased his popular personality and humor that has made him a memorable character during his time in WWE.
After establishing himself on TNA programming as an authority figure, it might be time for Santino to make the transition to WWE in the same position.
Santino Marella replacing Adam Pearce as Raw General Manager would be a wonderful full circle moment considering he debuted on this show back in 2007.

4. Grayson Waller

Since splitting from Austin Theory and breaking up the A Town Down Under tag team, Grayson Waller has found himself aligning with The New Day.
Waller is still a charismatic heel who is a capable talker on the mic and is serviceable inside the squared circle.
While he could still be an in-ring competitor, Waller has mostly served in a secondary role to Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods.
If he is not going to compete inside the squared circle, Grayson Waller could be transitioned to an authority figure role as Raw General Manager down the line.

3. Paige

After leaving All Elite Wrestling in March 2025, Saraya did not make it a secret that she was interested in returning to WWE.
Wanting to become her Paige persona again, the former AEW Women’s World Champion has reportedly started training in the ring again for a potential return.
While she desires to get back in a WWE ring, the company could see another crucial role for Paige to play upon her comeback.
Similar to her previous stint as SmackDown GM, Paige could step in to fill the Raw General Manager position where she could create some interesting interactions with the likes of Rhea Ripley, Liv Morgan or Roxanne Perez.

2. Paul Heyman

Paul Heyman is the main power player on Monday Night Raw despite only being a manager to The Vision and not the authority figure.
Regularly pestering Adam Pearce for opportunities for his clients, Heyman is constantly getting under the skin of the Raw General Manager.
Back in the 2000s, Heyman was the SmackDown and ECW GM to go along with other roles that he has played over the years.
Heyman replacing Pearce as Raw GM would be appropriate and put him in a prominent position to help his clients in The Vision stable.

1. Chris Jericho

Ever since taking a lengthy absence from AEW TV after losing the ROH World Title, Chris Jericho has been rumored to be leaving All Elite Wrestling when his contract expires at the end of 2025.
Amidst this absence, Jericho has also garnered some interest from WWE to make his return for one final run with the company.
Wanting to bring the legendary star back into the fold, Jericho could come back just to be an in-ring competitor, but he might be able to play an even more essential role as Raw General Manager.
Now running the show he originally made his WWE debut on, Jericho might become one of the biggest and most featured stars on the company’s programming in the new year.
