WWE NXT stars to join the 946: Five names to align themselves with Royce Keys’ faction

The 946 with Carmelo Hayes on WWE Raw

There is no denying that The 946 has become the hottest new faction in WWE right now.

After running roughshod over The Bloodline for the past few months, Royce Keys, Lucien Price, Bronco Nima, Jaida Parker and Carmelo Hayes have made their presence felt.

With WWE Survivor Series: WarGames 2026 on the horizon, it feels like The 946 will have to add another member to even the odds with The Bloodline upon Jacob Fatu’s return and could look to the NXT roster for their newest addition.

Here are five WWE NXT stars to potentially join the 946.

Saquon Shugars

Since emerging as the new force on WWE Raw, The 946 have used the catchphrase, “Ain’t Nobody Safe.”

This was a similar catchphrase that another faction has used in DarkState.

One of the members that has since split from the group in recent months is Saquon Shugars.

While he has become a featured star on his own, Shugars could get his first real break and become a main roster star by becoming the newest member of 946.

Dion Lennox

Another DarkState member who might fit in well with The 946 is Dion Lennox.

Viewed by many fans as the leader of the group, Lennox was introduced to the NXT brand before the rest of the stable.

Then, Lennox showed off a more aggressive side upon bringing in Saquon Shugars, Cutler James and Osiris Griffin.

With his ongoing feud with Cruz Montana, Lennox has shown more of an edge that could work very well alongside Royce Keys, Lucien Price, Bronco Nima, Carmelo Hayes and Jaida Parker in The 946 moving forward.

Kali Armstrong

When The 946 was first introduced, commentary talked about the connection between Royce Keys and Bronco Nima stemming from their time together in California.

Keys also has roots with The Bloodline, stemming from coming up in the Bay Area as well.

Someone on the WWE NXT brand who is known California native is Kali Armstrong.

Wanting to add to the women’s side of the group, Armstrong could work well alongside Jaida Parker and bring a different feel from the other factions on Monday Night Raw at this time.

Kelani Jordan

Speaking of a women’s addition, Kelani Jordan could also fill that void as well.

On the October 12 episode of WWE Raw, Carmelo Hayes made his return to align with The 946.

Then on October 18, Hayes officially got married to current NXT Women’s Champion Kelani Jordan.

Considering their connection, it would make sense if Jordan got called up to the main roster to join her new husband in The 946 moving forward.

Cruz Montana

Looking at the WWE NXT roster, there might not be anyone better suited to join The 946 than Cruz Montana.

The former Mike Santana has had a tough journey on his way to WWE, dealing with addition and making a name for himself in various promotions like AEW, TNA Wrestling and across the independent scene.

While he could shine on his own on the main roster, there feels like a logical role for him in The 946 right now.

Being a strong talker and in-ring performer, Montana could add a great deal to The 946 and help them to even the odds against The Bloodline ahead of a likely showdown in WarGames.
