After a star-studded night to say farewell to John Cena in Washington D.C. at Saturday Night’s Main Event, there could be new NXT call-ups coming soon.
From talent featured on the special show in exhibition matches to others who just could have their time be coming soon – there are plenty of top NXT talent ready to make their way to the main roster.
Here are six potential WWE NXT call-ups that could happen after Saturday Night’s Main Event.
6. Oba Femi
Making a very impressive debut on WWE SmackDown when he went toe-to-toe with Cody Rhodes in an in-ring segment, the main roster audience knew exactly how to respond to The Ruler.
Not only catching along with his interactive theme song but also being very supportive of the NXT Champion, it did seem that Oba Femi was receiving a babyface response from the live crowd.
Possibly able to pivot into a babyface star on the main roster, Femi’s battle against Cody Rhodes, and subsequent confrontation with Drew McIntyre may have revealed his next move.
While Femi is set to take on another potential call-up for the NXT Championship at New Year’s Evil on Tuesday, January 6 — a loss could certainly spell an official main roster debut on the horizon.

5. Sol Ruca
A call-up that seems imminent from the NXT women’s division could be Sol Ruca.
after defeating Bayley at Saturday Night’s Main Event, there could be some interesting WWE storylines for Ruca moving forward.
With some loose ends still at the Performance Center with ZARIA that could be tied up at New Year’s Evil to make way for a departure from NXT to the main roster, it would seem a call-up for Sol Ruca is coming soon.
Also with the potential that ZARIA is headed for WWE Raw or SmackDown as well, perhaps their rivalry will be deferred for a future showdown.

4. Ethan Page
A potential call-up to the main roster that could be used in a number of roles could be ‘All Ego’ Ethan Page.
Among the names that were rumored to be considered to be called up to join Seth Rollins’ The Vision stable, it could be that Ethan Page has something to with the masked mystery man plaguing the main roster.
Or more likely, Page could join forces on SmackDown with Chelsea Green as the duo continue to assert their reign of terror together as delightfully obnoxious heels.
Bringing their entertaining chemistry from NXT to SmackDown would elevate both Green and Page, with Page able continue his claim to be the greatest North American by tangling with Ilja Dragunov for the United States Championship.

3. Je’Von Evans
A possible call-up to the main roster who has already been making semi-frequent appearances already is Je’Von Evans.
With an impressive showing in the Last Time Is Now tournament against GUNTHER, Evans went on to capture a victory over The Miz on the December 12 edition of SmackDown.
While the Young OG is still considerably younger than most of the main roster at 21-years old, his recent appearances have proven his talent is timeless.
Able to fit in on his own as well as be added to any number of existing partnerships on the main roster, Je’Von Evans is certainly going places in WWE.

2. Jordynne Grace
While she didn’t feature in an exhibition match at Saturday Night’s Main Event, there seems to be a good chance Jordynne Grace may be called up to the main roster soon.
After already making two appearances in the Royal Rumble, perhaps this January in Riyadh, Jordynne Grace will enter the match as a main roster member.
Joining NXT from TNA Wrestling where she had already achieved capturing the TNA Knockouts Championship, Grace seems like a logical call-up in the near future.
Having a demonstrated ability for her character to remain strong in defeat, she could be an ideal candidate to have several matches against any of the women’s division champions on WWE Raw or SmackDown.

1. Trick Williams
Back to WWE after having held the TNA Wrestling World Championship for 140 days in 2025, it could be that Trick Williams is soon to join the main roster.
With his Trick-NA chapter is over, Williams is ready for a call-up to the main roster in the near future and could remain solo or potentially reunite with Carmelo Hayes.
Continuing his hot streak as a heel, Trick Williams has an incredible amount of upside left in his career and potential to do major things on the main roster.
With undeniable star power that was on display all throughout 2025 across both NXT and TNA Wrestling — hopefully Trick Williams’ day to be called up to the main roster comes soon.
